Return and refund policy

 

Our policy does not include refunds, nor returns. We only offer exchange or refund in exceptional cases.

 

Exceptions

Exchanges (if applicable)

·        We offer product exchange if you receive an incorrect or defect item.

·        Prior to any action, we must examine the incorrect or defect item through sharing some images & video showing the items you received on Customer service  WhatsApp number 00201112828003

·        To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be not used & kept in its initial packaging.

·        Any incorrect or defect item must be declared no more than 72 hours after delivery. 

·        If all conditions are met, your item can be exchanged or refunded and you will receive a replacement with the item you initially purchased or a refund once we receive the incorrect or defect item.

·        You are required to send back the incorrect or defect item to complete the exchange or refund.
